About Dr. Terry H. Clarke
Since 2009, Dr. Terry Clarke has cared for patients at Keystone Podiatric Medical Associates in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Board certified in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Clarke also practices at several other local facilities. As an attending surgeon with the PinnacleHealth System Podiatric Residency Program, he is on staff at both PinnacleHealth Hospitals and at WellSpan Health. Dr. Terry Clarke also has hospital privileges at surgery centers in Susquehanna Valley, Grandview, Gettysburg, and Hershey.
Before commencing his medical career, Dr. Terry Clarke received numerous academic distinctions. As an undergraduate, he earned an Associate of Arts in Nutrition from Chipola College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. While at the latter institution, Dr. Clarke worked as a Research Assistant and investigated folate metabolism in women, and contaminants in shellfish populations. Subsequently, he earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), graduating with honors from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine.
Following the completion of his DPM, Dr. Terry Clarke started his clinical training as a Podiatric Surgery Resident at Crozer-Keystone Health System. Among his duties were forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, limb salvage, wound care, and deformity corrections. As the Chief Resident, Dr. Clarke gained experience in foot and ankle surgery. Additionally, he spent two months as a Fellow at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics.
During his spare time, Dr. Terry Clarke enjoys working with charities. He supports several groups, including Action Against Hunger, Modest Needs, and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. He volunteers at local homeless shelters, and also provides free foot screenings to runners at races.
